To learn more about our organisation, please see & The AHP will provide contemporary, youth-focused mental health services including: Assessment of young person mental health needs and formulation of relevant therapeutic planDelivery of both individual and group programs Delivery of high quality evidence-based intervention and adviceRegular review of young person's treatment plans and goals Key Role Accountabilities:Align one's workplace behaviour in accordance with the WMQ Model of Care, the Wesley Charter and WesleyMission Queensland's Vision, Mission and Values.Clinical Service Delivery

  • Utilise discipline specific skills, professional mental health knowledge and clinical decision-making abilitiesto develop individual treatment and care plans for young persons.
  • Complete accurate assessment and review of mental health needs of young persons.
  • Complete time limited psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches with young people as per fundingguidelines.Customer Centric
  • Provide instruction, supervision and education to young persons, team members and families as required.
  • Ensure that the young person is an active participant in the development and review of treatment goalsand planning.
  • Ensure that positive and professional relationships and rapport are developed and maintained with youngpersons.Administrative Responsibility
  • Facilitate reviews and comply with reporting requirements in accordance with relevant funding body.
  • Facilitate accurate and timely receipting and data entry into relevant systems.Teamwork
  • Contribute actively to an MDT environment to achieve the best possible outcome for young persons.
  • Adopt and utilise a dynamic, integrated approach to young person service delivery.
  • Support team members, ensuring workload distributed equally.
  • Accept additional responsibility as required to enhance service delivery.Clinical Governance
  • Provide a professional standard of care.
  • Maintain professional development to comply with registration requirements with relevant professionalbody.
  • Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement and Accreditation activities.
