This Facility is a 3 hour drive from Brisbane and less than 2 hours from the beautiful beaches of the Sunshine Coast!

• Mon-Fri role / Hours are 7-3 / 8-4 - this can be flexible 
• 60 bed site with a 15-bed memory support unit - full capacity 
• 30 minutes from large hospital
• Small town with an Indigenous population
• Work alongside an experienced Non- Clinical Manager
• Manage team of passionate RNs and Carers- 6 RNS currently on staff 
• Covid preparedness review completed 
• Accreditation early next year
• RN on site is being trained as ACFI specialist / ACFI team is centralised

• Have Full HARA - no restrictions 
• Hold vast Clinical Experience 
• Be experienced in developing and maintaining relationships 
• Be Calm and Patient
• Be experienced with client directed care 
• Have experience with a Clinical documentation system
• Have a knowledge of ACFI (not essential)
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nurse Manager in Australia or New Zealand
