The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities from seeking out new prospects and working with business partners to build new leads for the company. This candidate will be very focused and have strong communication skills. The BDM will be a 'closer' and a pipeline builder, ensuring consistent growth is established within the region. Knowledge of Health & Safety, Facilities Management and/or Contractor Compliance would be highly valuable. The successful applicant must be able to work independently, be a proven networker and have a demonstrated ability to execute new opportunities and close software sales within one or more of the following sectors:

Responsibilities
· Close Sales
· Cold Call
· Utilise their established contacts
· Identify partnership opportunities
· Develop networking associations
· Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
· Maintain existing business
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· 3 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies
· Focused and goal-oriented.
The applicant must be based in Queensland, due to the fact they must have first-hand knowledge of the Queensland client base and associated networks.
