We are currently seeking a to appoint a Service Manager Transition Care Program to join our Residential Aged Care Services team, working on a full time basis at our Kingsley Site.Brightwater can offer you: A fully maintained motor vehicleThe ability to salary package – meaning you can legitimately pay less tax and increase your take-home payOur unique staff benefits program, including access to BrightwaterPlus which gives you discounts with over 370 retailers Reporting to the Operations Manager you will have a pivotal role in providing leadership and management of service delivery including site financial sustainability, staff management, risk/compliance management and overall facility management.To be successful in this role you will have: Be a health professional with AHPRA registration, a recognised business degree or substantial industry experience.Demonstrated experience in managing a service using a self-management approach. This should include managing a team, financial planning and monitoring responsibilities, meeting KPIs, and developing, reporting and evaluating the effectiveness of the service.A strong commitment to providing safe, high quality care using a client-centred approach.Strong customer service skills and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills that deliver effective leadership, builds and develops teamwork and establishes successful working relationships with stakeholders.A proactive and innovative approach to quality including continuous quality improvements and risk management.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and use resources effectively, safely and efficiently.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage change and team culture, preferably in a care related environment, in line with operational and strategic goals.Working knowledge of human resource management systems including experience in staff recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development and rostering systems, as well as working knowledge of safety and health legislation and employment legislation.A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old and valid ‘C’ class driver’s licence.Demonstrated experience in a health care setting with working knowledge of residential care aged care standards, ACFI documentation requirements, Aged Care Act (desirable).Evidence of up to date flu vaccination.A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check At Brightwater, we welcome people with the full diversity of life experiences, thoughts and beliefs.
