Our client is currently looking for new Aged Care support workers to join their team across Melbourne. This role offers a challenging but rewarding opportunity to make a positive change in the lives of people in Aged Care.

As a part of the team, you will facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with service users in a positive and proactive environment. You will be actively supporting their individual needs and creating a safe environment.

What you'll need:

• Good communication skills
• Permanent Resident (AU/NZ)
• Cert III in Aged Care preferred but NOT required
• Have a First Aid Certificate
• Completed Federal Police Check
• Able to perform domestic tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Meal preparation and some feeding requirements
• Housework: including but not limited to; General cleaning, laundry
• Day-to-Day Care: Personalised to each patient as per their Care Plan
• Support and cater to patients needs
