Applicants must be willing to work in a person-centred, multi-disciplinary environment that embraces innovative practice and focuses on the reablement of our clients. Southern Cross Care’s Graduate Program has been developed to provide formal and informal mentoring and support to new graduates entering the allied health workforce. Successful applicants will undertake their own caseload of clients as well experience cross and interdisciplinary learnings, a variety of supported tasks, including a group project, that will increase and enhance their future opportunities and broaden their understanding of the aged care sector as a whole.
