As the Facility Manager you will be responsible for :

* Day to Day running of facility
* Lead and manage clinical, operational and administrative staff across the facility
* Performance management
* Financial Management
* Ensure facility meets all regulatory requirements
* Promote facility in local community
To be successful you will have :

* Current AHPRA Registration
* Previous Residential Manager experience
* Current Flu Vaccine
* Experience with SQF and Aged Care Funding Models
