Location: Western Suburbs Melbourne VIC
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 Annually
Manage the admissions journey for new residents & their loved ones
Work closely with customers & other stakeholders to provide insight & support
Develop a referral network by demonstrating the quality of service on offer

About the role

Main tasks: You will act as the primary contact for a range of stakeholders with your knowledge of care and what may be best suited to potential residents. Develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to grow your network of referrers.

Other tasks:
Positively engage with all contacts you encounter on a day-to-day basis
Manage referrers, community engagement, and other contacts both internally and externally
Collaborate with your team to develop marketing and sales strategies to attract potential residents
Achieve admission and occupancy goals by providing the best solution to those in need of respite or permanent care
Research, analyse, then report on trends and legislation updates that will affect the business

This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential creation of a permanent position for the successful candidate.

What you must have to apply for this role:
Several years in a similar position in aged care facilities
Success in previous customer experience focused roles
Demonstrable success in achieving & exceeding high-occupancy in other homes
A clean, Australian drivers' licence and your own vehicle

You will be highly regarded if you also have:
Held a similar position with a competitor business
Demonstrable success in achieving & exceeding high-occupancy in other homes
A network of contacts to assist your referral process & community engagement
