About The Opportunity

Located in Largs North, Marten Aged Care is a home to 115 residents. Encompassing a friendly community atmosphere where family members and friends are always welcome. Marten Aged Care is a truly a place our residents can call home. Residents can relax and enjoy peaceful gardens and a variety of quiet sitting areas, or participate in organised activities and outings that cater for both group and individual social needs.

We are actively seeking experienced & dynamic Registered Nurses to join our team for the following permanent part time basis shifts plus casual relieving for planned and un-planned leave.

Week 1 Monday 0700 – 1500 & Thursday 2245 – 0700 (in charge)

Week 2 Monday, Thursday and Sunday 2245 – 0700 (in charge)

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with aged care and Allity standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team.

About You

The successful applicants must have:

• Current Division 1 Nursing Registration with AHPRA
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Registered Nurse (in-charge)
• Night Shift experience
• A passion for aged care – flexible and empathetic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and ACFI is desirable
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to lead by example and effectively manage a large, diverse team
• Full working rights in Australia
