The Assistant Brand Manager will support the Adult care marketing team in the development and implementation of strategic plans and brand building activities for our Poise & Depend brand portfolio for our consumer as well as aged care business.

With sizeable investment in digital, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and compelling content across all digital channels, fostering brand love and loyalty across Poise and Depend.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver locally relevant initiatives to delight consumers in Australia; whilst being connected to a global network of colleagues who lead the world in essentials for a better life. You will have local autonomy over creative, media, packaging, social, and in-store execution.

The successful applicant will join a friendly and collaborative team, this is a unique role where you c develop skills across consumer as well as healthcare marketing.

Priorities & Responsibilities Include

  • Support creation & lead implementation of brand communications across digital, social, in-store and internal platforms;
  • Work on key new product launches (innovation and renovation) to drive market share across KCA adult care portfolio;
  • Support marketing team in key KCA processes – innovation, product development, and budgeting;
  • Analyse market share, financial performance, competitor activity;
  • Execute excellent annual sampling plans across KCA brand portfolio;
  • Manage our loyalty programs and all collateral;
  • Manage industry and trade events; and
  • Manage all queries across the adult care portfolio.

About You
  • Proven brand management experience in a similar role, preferably within an FMCG environment;
  • Business or Marketing degree; experience within the Pharmacy channel or Health Care sector would be advantageous
  • Strong presentation, communication & relationship building skills;
  • Project management and organisational skills;
  • Experience with IRI/Aztec, Quantium or Nielsen
  • Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Demonstrates initiative, curiosity;
  • Open to feedback and learning.
