About the role

Our Operations team is on the hunt for an experienced Internal Recruiter in the IT industry who can come in and hit the ground running. We have numerous roles we need filled and the Internal Recruiter will play a huge role in sourcing the best people to join our growing and talented team.

The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across the whole company. The primary responsibility is to assist hiring managers to attract, source, screen, recruit and onboard high quality talent for their teams within budget and deadlines.

About you

We’re looking for someone who has most of the following attributes: 

  • Refined eye for identifying good talent in large talent pools 
  • Passionate about achieving success and delivering value through recruiting high quality candidates
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and is resourceful in efforts to overcome challenges faced
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding people and stakeholder management skills 
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment with competing deadlines 
  • Ability to multi-task whilst providing excellent service to all stakeholders
  • High degree of organisation and proven time management skills 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume recruitment environment with success in hiring good quality talent
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience in recruitment

Previous experience working as an Internal Recruiter in an IT or SaaS company is highly advantageous.
