JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our National Health Solutions Team. Strong growth and opportunity has led to the creation of this role at the iconic Australian company Hills LTD. The position will be based either in Sydney or Melbourne, depending on the successful candidate.

We want an exceptional and motivated person who can continue to build and lead the number one sales team in the health technology sector.

Hills Health Solutions is the leader in healthcare technology solutions across the hospital and aged care markets. Our critical communications infrastructure, messaging and patient entertainment services are used by millions of Australians each year. Our products are installed in hospital and aged care sites across Australia and New Zealand, where we have demonstrated our commitment to technical innovation, professional project management and exceptional customer service.


Our ideal candidate is an organised individual who currently holds or has held a similar role. You will have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with Hospital C Level, consultants, builders and contractors. You will lead the team in providing complete and appropriate solutions in order to exceed target.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and recruit exceptional sales leaders and salespeople

· Ability to harness and analyse data to inform market decisions as well as report to management and the board

· Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets


Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Science, Health, Engineering, Nursing, Business or IT.
  • 5 plus years’ experience selling into the health/aged care sector at senior levels
  • 5 plus years leading and developing a high performing sales team
  • Excellent intrapersonal, written and commiunication skills
  • Strong sales leadership skills in developing sales plans, account plans, process and delivering on targets and getting results.
  • Experience in identifying and developing new market opportunities

· Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products especially MS Dynamics or similar CRM
