JOB DESCRIPTION
Corporate Art located in Burleigh Heads are looking for someone to join the team to undertake the Certificate III in Picture Framing! Corporate Art are known for cutting edge Art consultancy with hotel and resort clients, and also the aged care sector. Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply.
With this role you will be learning all aspects of picture framing, duties may include:
Make measurements and calculations
Cut mouldings to length
Join mouldings
Mount artwork
Cut mat boards
Cut and handle glazing materials for framing
Assemble basic artwork packages
De-frame artwork
The successful candidate will:
Be willing to listen and learn
Passionate about a career in this industry
Have experience in production (preferred)
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
