Disability Care / Support Worker

WE ARE LOOKING FOR QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED DISABILITY AND AGED CARE SUPPORT WORKERS FOR IMMEDIATE START ACROSS THE SOUTHSIDE OF BRISBANE

We are a unique team of passionate support professionals committed to high quality of support services and continuous improvement in everything we do . We offer our clients personalised support plans, flexibility in service delivery and believe our core strength is in our team. We ensure our team members are valued and recognised for the effort the put in.

We currently service clients between Munruben and Rochedale and have a high need for sleepover, weekend and nightshifts. Staff with reliable and maintained vehicle is highly desired. 

You will need to have:

• A disability or aged care qualification (Cert III or higher);
• The right to work in Australia;
• Relevant work experience;
• A current police check (or willing to obtain);
• Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and Disability Services Positive Exemption Notice (Yellow) Card (or willing to obtain);
• An unrestricted current drivers licence;
• Ability to work nightshift / sleepover preferred but not essential;
• A reliable car with comprehensive insurance;
• The capacity to work flexible hours on a roster system, including weekends, early mornings, nights and overnight;
• Commitment to work and professionalism
• A caring nature and passion for the work
• Knowing languages other than English would be advantageous.
