We have two key areas that we specialise in, services for people with no or low vision, and children across the whole broad spectrum of disabilities. The Role

In this role you will walk a journey with our clients, applying your specialised knowledge in Allied Health to provide them with a seamless experience to access our services.

You will connect clients to the most beneficial services for them, through conducting initial assessments to help determine their needs and provide support to link them to funding sources. Throughout the client journey you will proactively seek ways to further enhance the their experience through liaising with internal therapy staff to coordinate services as well as external sources such as community organisations and other allied health providers that could provide supplementary services.

To be considered for the role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Allied Health or other related field;
  • At least one year of previous experience working in Allied Health services;
  • Excellent knowledge of the disability and aged care sectors;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to adapt style to suit an audience.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn the following:
  • Funding schemes including but not limited to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and My Aged Care.
