An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, passionate and highly organised individual to join our welcoming and supportive SwanCare Community Team on a full-time basis.
The Administrative Assistant will work to provide day to day operational support to Community Living with a customer centric focus. This role will also have a core focus on rostering and administration coordination services to residents, visitors, and staff.

Who are we looking for? :

You'll also have:
  • Good understanding of reception functions and administrative experience
  • Strong commitment to customer service and exceeding customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Rostering and roster systems
  • High stress tolerance to operate in a faced paced environment
  • Highly developed IT literacy skills in MS products
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • The ability to work effectively unsupervised as well as part of a team
  • Working rights within Australia
  • National Police Clearance less than 6 months old
  • Influenza vaccination
Desired Criteria:
  • At least two years related experience within a medium sized organisation
  • Experience in Aged and Community care
You'll also be enthusiastic about developing yourself and adapting your approach to deliver the best outcomes for our residents.
