We are looking for a Facility Manager (Registered Nurse) to oversee the operations of this aged care home. We need a dynamic Aged Care leader with drive and passion to guide the organisation and implement an exciting new model of care!

THE ROLE:
You will lead the multi-disciplinary team to ensure their loyal residents are receiving an exceptional standard of clinical care. Your leadership will also ensure excellent operational performance in line with the new Aged Care Standards & Organisational Objectives.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1
Previous Aged Care Management experience
Demonstrated commercial acumen skills
Knowledge of the new Aged Care Standards
Demonstrated clinical care & staff leadership skills
Valid Driver's License
Valid Police Check
