About The Role

Fantastic opportunity has come available for an experienced Retail Security Team Member on a permanent full-time basis located at Melbourne Central. Reporting to the Security Manager, you have strong control room experience, excellent customer service skills and have a passion for making a difference within the security industry.

This role is seeking an individual for an immediate start.

You will be responsible for providing security service at our retail site at Melbourne Central, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors.

To be considered for the position you must have:
  • Current NSW Full Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement
  • Oxygen First Aid - HTLAID007
  • WWC, National Police Check
  • Previous control room experience within a retail environment
  • Ability to monitor and manage team members and build rapport
  • Ability to manage workflows and schedule rosters
