Corporate Services Manager
About the Role
Provide leadership to six direct reports in delivering quality services to support the organisation with human resources, financial, information and communication technology, quality assurance, asset management and workplace health and safety initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be joining an experienced, consultative and high performing Senior Leadership Team that is focused on enhancing organisational efficiency and effectiveness. Utilise your people management skills, financial acumen and strong compliance focus in this dynamic and hands on leadership role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement human resources strategies, initiatives and policy that are aligned with the overall business strategy
Provide advice and support to senior managers, team leaders and staff in relation to all human resources matters
Lead and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and monthly financial reports
Supervision of all weekly, monthly and annual accounting functions
Manage relationships with external service providers
Facilitate the regular review of organisational policies and procedures, providing advice to management to ensure compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety legislation, managing any issues as they arise
Management of the vehicle fleet, facilities and assets of the organisation
Lead a team of six direct reports to assist in the delivery of corporate services functions
Skills and Experience required
A commercially astute individual who can work at the strategic level but understand and willing to drive the day to day operational needs of the organisation
High level of emotional intelligence and resilience
The ability to establish effective, productive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong people management and leadership abilities
Someone who has a continuous improvement focus as it relates to processes and business operations
