You are a fantastic communicator. You know how to get your point across to be understood and you easily understand others. After having met you, people remember the way you made them feel. This is probably because of a natural warmth you demonstrate and you the fact that you are a good listener.
You are not easily flustered and remain calm and collected in all sorts of situations.

Do you enjoy being productive and getting things one? You are proactive and organised, you have a knack for helping people which makes you reliable and people trust you.

We have of variety of shifts which include working across the Monday to Sunday week - AM shifts starting from 7am, right through to afternoon, evening and overnight care. The minimum shift with one client is 1 hour right through to 24/7 care.

Our upcoming interviews will include introductions, discussions, fun activities to fast track the interview process so we can get successful carers out to our clients quick!
You will be prepared to complete registration and provide current CPR, First Aid and Police Checks to be considered.

If you have:
Qualifications or experience in Aged Care or Home or Community Care
Prepared to take on transport shifts and have a current driver’s licence, a reliable roadworthy vehicle (This is essential for the role) and full comprehensive car insurance is a nice to have!
Have experience working with clients who have dementia or challenging behaviours or clients that may require palliative care is highly desirable but not essential.
If you are a dedicated care worker committed to helping people live happily and safely in their homes for as long as possible, we would love to hear from you.
