To support the ongoing delivery of high-quality clinical services of our occupational therapy and physio teams we are looking to employ an experienced AHA to provide patient centred care and within our inter-professional models of care at Monash Medical Centre.


About the role


The Occupational Therapy service at Monash Health currently has a role available for a dedicated, experienced and passionate G2 Allied Health Assistant to join our team based at Monash Medical Centre. This role includes providing AHA services to acute occupational therapy, primarily across the acute medical units at Monash Medial Centre.


You will deliver an integral aspect of the collaborative care for patients and their families, providing excellence in service delivery, patient experience and outcomes. This position requires good communication and teamwork skills and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment alongside your allied health colleagues and broader multidisciplinary teams.


About you


Leading by example, you are a natural role model and inspire others to be the best they can be. You have:



  • Experience in providing AHA clinical services to acute inpatients with a variety of conditions;

  • A passion for ongoing learning and personal professional development;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;


The position may be required to work across any of the Monash Health sites.
