About the role
As part of the Consult Rooms at Calvary Bruce Private Hospital, you will be involved in the day to day administrations of the hospital's sessional rooms. Working with a variety of specialists you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, patient liaison, payments and Medicare claims, triaging referrals, and correspondence management. Shifts range from 8am until 6pm Monday - Friday, with staff sharing a mix of early and late shifts.

  • Experience in a receptionist or customer service field. Experience in medical administration/reception is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to use various software systems, including accurate and efficient typing skills.
  • Experience using Bluechip or Genie software systems is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal
