Admission and Administration Officer

Permanent Full time

We are looking for versatile individual with the relevant skills, experience and personality to fit this opportunity within our Administration Team.

The Admission and Administration Officer will play a key part in supporting the Admission and Administration Manager by coordinating activities associated with our Independent Living Villages, specifically resident admissions, preparation of units for sale, resident liaison, co-ordination of communication to the maintenance team as necessary and in consultation with the Admissions & Administration Manager, preparation of the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of both Villages as well as other activities that will involve liaising with other members of the Administration Team, Village Residents & their families, Support Staff and Managers and involve communication with staff, Government bodies external service providers and prospective clients, residents, and staff.
