Right now we’re looking for Volunteer Cafe Assistants to join our Mount Carmel Residential Care team.

Mount Carmel offers high quality residential care services, and embraces a healthy ageing philosophy, with resident’s quality of life measured using a World Health Organization assessment tool.

About the role

We are looking for a Volunteer Café Assistants to work in our Cafe. This role is for the energetic superstars who smile all day and love generating fun.

If you’re an up and coming barista or a novice alike we are looking for you.

Our café provides morning tea to our customers, families, friends and staff.

We are looking for volunteers to assist on throughout the week, between 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Experience in a similar role is required as is clear communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

All volunteers require a current National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care and evidence of the annual influenza vaccination.
