Carinity Kepnock Grove has opportunities for Personal Carers to join the team. Personal Carers work under the direction of the registered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment.

What do I need for the role?

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
• Prior experience working in a similar environment highly regarded
• Availability to work a variety of shifts which could include morning, afternoon, night, and weekends
• Genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence
• Person-centred care focus
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Medication competency is preferred, however not essential
• Current Flu Vaccination
