About the role
The Administrative Officer is responsible for the provision of administrative support to Cardiology services at Calvary Mater Newcastle. This includes book keeping maintenance of financial records, typing of medical reports and administrative support when required by the Nurse Manager.

  • Experience and knowledge of Billing, Accounts Receivable and banking processes with ability to accurately calculate figures.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and utilise various software applications.
  • Proven ability to work independently, and as a member of a multidisciplinary team, and prioritise workload in an organised manner.
