Russell HealthCare is a community-based service provider that offers support to people with intellectual and or multiple disabilities, along side the NDIS.

We are involved in the day to day details of our client’s care, from identifying the different types of care and support, to finding the right care worker.

Casual Contract

We are currently seeking experienced, passionate Support workers/ Care workers to work with our High complex client in Maudsland QLD, Helensvale QLD . We are looking at people who genuinely care and enjoy helping individuals remain living in their homes, with greater independence. It is Important to understand every individual’s needs and how they wish to continue living.

It is essential that you are registered to medicate, as some clients may need assistance with daily medications. All certification must be up to date.

Skills and Requirements

It is a requirement to have had at least 12 months experience in this industry and all up to date certifications to be qualified for an interview.

• Police Check
• Blue card
• Yellow card
• Comprehensive Car Insurance
• First Aid Certification
• Cert 3 in Disability or Aged care
• NDIS Mandatory training cert (we can provide training)

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Salary: $26.00 - $45.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift

• Morning shift
• Shift work

• Helensvale QLD (Preferred)
