Our residential Aged Care Facilities, located within the Sapphire Coast is looking for confident and compassionate Care Staff/ AIN's. Ideally experienced within the Australian Aged Care setting, however we are open to those wishing to transition into Aged Care from other areas such as hospital or home care.
Our NFP organisation has been providing high quality care to our cherished senior community for well over 30 years through joint teamwork, respect and compassion.
You must have a minimum of Cert III in Aged Care or Disability
These roles are locatd in the Sapphire Coast of NSW, approximately 6 hours S/E of Sydney and 3 hours S/E of Canberra.

About you
Our Residential Aged Care Facilities are looking for an engaging, confident and compassionate Registered Nurse and mutliple Care Staff with experience within the Australian Aged Care setting.
You must have a strong focus on assisting in the wellbeing of our residents and assisting team members as required. Our peaceful close-knit facility has been providing high quality care to our cherished senior community for well over 30 years through joint teamwork across our facility.
You will be working with an outstanding NFP organisation enhancing both the quality of care and wellbeing to our residents and our team.
Coupled with deep ties to our community, it is extremely important that successful applicants have a positive and calming nature, maintain a professional work ethic, dedication and maintain a commitment to their continuous improvement of quality residential care.
There are two roles available that are currently permanent part time and will consist of 8 shifts per fortnight; these shifts will vary across days including day, nights, weekends etc. These roles may progress over time to a full time role. There is flexibility to have more or less shifts.
Your duties are instrumental in providing a high quality of care to our residents at all times
You need to have the ability to foster and build upon already positive relationships with your residents and their family members as well as a committment to self improvement and continual development.
Previous experience within the Aged care setting are required as are full working rights within Australia
What we require...
* A minimum of Cert III in Aged Care or in the process of completing.
* Have or be willing, to obtain a national police clearance
* Motivated, organised and thrives on building and maintaining relationships with residents
* Ability to foster and maintain positive interpersonal and working relationships with all staff
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* The willing ability to work in a team environment is vital.
* Committed to respecting the values, culture, beliefs of all residents, families and team members.
