About the role

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, this position will manage the daily operations and strategic objectives of annecto’s accounts receivable function. To achieve this, the AR Manager will lead their team through design, implementation, maintenance and management of all accounts receivable business functions and procedures within the AR collection process.

The role will be required to demonstrate understanding and acceptance of the annecto strategic direction when dealing with all stakeholders.

Requirements (essential):

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable Manager role
  • Tertiary qualifications in business/commerce with an accounting major, Professional Qualification such as CPA or CA
  • Proven experience in team leadership and management
  • Demonstrated change management experience within a finance function
  • Capacity for analysis, critical thinking and problem solving
  • Competence in using IT systems including intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to work at the strategic and operational levels.

What would be great to have? (non-essential)

  • Experience with NDIS claiming would be favourable
  • Previous knowledge and experience using Technology One would be an advantage
  • Experience working in the Aged Care/Disability sector
