About the role
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, this position will Coordinate the daily operations and strategic objectives of the annecto’s accounts payable cycle through design, implementation, maintenance and management of all accounts payable business functions and procedures for the Accounts Payable process.
The role will assist the finance team in driving an optimum, robust and End-to-End Accounts Payable function.
Requirements (essential):
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable team leadership role
- Tertiary qualifications in business/commerce with an accounting major
- Proven experience in team leadership and management
- Demonstrated change management experience within a finance function
- Capacity for analysis, critical thinking and problem solving
- Competence in using IT systems including intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills
- Demonstrated capacity to work at the strategic and operational levels.
What would be great to have? (non-essential)
- Previous knowledge and experience using Technology One would be an advantage
- Experience working in the Aged Care/Disability sector
