ABOUT THE ROLE:

Summary of the role:

We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated people to join our active casual administrative pool at WMH with the skills and experience in administrative assistant and executive assistant roles.

You will provide leave cover for the senior Administrative and Executive Assistants roles at Werribee Mercy Hospital. This role requires being available Monday to Friday and the flexibility to be called in at short notice and work with a flexible roster.

ABOUT YOU:

    • Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant position
    • Strong experience with meeting coordination and diary management
    • Understanding of complex rostering (desirable)
    • Understanding of health care in a public setting (desirable)
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on all levels
    • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Word Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook
    • Ability to adapt easily to changed work environments and priorities
    • Completion of or willingness to complete a Medical Terminology course
