JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity to offer specialised clinical psychology services to people with complex presentations, often from marginalised backgrounds and with histories of different types of trauma. Be part of the dynamic, diverse Wyndham Clinic multidisciplinary mental health team. Located within walking distance of Werribee Plaza and an Aquatic Centre.

  • Permanent Full Time 76 hrs per fortnight plus an accrued day off per month (ADO)
  • Group based interventions where applicable
  • Provide Clinical Psychology services in the form of assessment and treatment (individual and group based)
  • Contribute to case formulations, multidisciplinary treatment planning and implementation, through primary ans secondary consultation
  • Building experience ans skills working within a recovery based service

ABOUT YOU:

  • Registered with AHPRA as a Psychologist with endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist and
  • AHPRA endoresment as a supervisor or working towards
  • Relevant post graduate qualification
  • Preferable to have experience working in mental health multidisciplinary
  • Highly developed and up to date clinical and theoretical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with people at all levels and work collaboratively with a diverse team
