We require an experienced Aged Care Facility Manager to come on board for 3-6 months to assist with some challenges at this home located on the Gold Coast.

We need an experienced Aged Care Manager who has experience in accreditation and a solid track record within Residential Aged Care. You will be responsible for the overall management of the facility and work alongside other managers to overcome some challenges.

To be considered for this role, the candidate will have:

• Demonstrated leadership skills within Aged Care
• Significant experience as an Aged Care Facility Manager
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
• Experience overcoming accreditation issues - highly regarded
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised and an ability to use systems
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
• Current AHPRA Registration - preferred but not essential
• Current Police Check
