About the opportunity:

We are looking for experienced personal care workers who will:

• actively promote an environment that will enhance each person's life experience
• work well within a team to create a positive, friendly and happy place for our residents and each other
• work in a safe manner, contributing to our safety culture
  
• demonstrate reliability and a commitment to Life Care and our values
• be prepared to work over weekends and afternoon evening shifts
• be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week on an ongoing basis

What you absolutely must possess to be a part of Our Team:

• A natural ability to engage with older people
• A respectful approach that supports people based on their choices
• a friendly kind and caring manner to providing support and care to people and their families
• Excellent time management

• Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Aged Care)
• An ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Valid working rights in Australia
