Programmed Care are searching for reliable and passionate Disability Support Workers. This position includes but is not limited to; personal care, behaviour management, social support and community access. Successful applicants will be available and committed to work 3 hour shifts on ongoing rosters.

Essential Criteria:

• Certificate III in Disability/Home Care/Community Services/Individual Support/Aged Care
• 6 months relevant work experience
• Weekday availability - AM & PM
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence essential
• Reliable car with Full Comprehensive or Third Party, Fire and Theft car insurance
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Manual Handling Certificate
• National Police Clearance
