TLC provides supported accommodation, day programs including community participation and active ageing, daily activities and in-home care.


About the role


The position is responsible for working in conjunction with a small multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of culturally appropriate Physiotherapy to care recipients in both NDIS and aged care, and patients via allied health referrals and Medicare. 

The role will entail outreach service delivery from clinic-based and community-based settings both in the Canterbury/Bankstown district, and around Sydney Metropolitan. 

The essentials


  • The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration or be eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with the profession’s code of ethics and function in accordance with legislation affecting Physiotherapy practice for maintenance of registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
  • Experience in providing assessment, intervention and case management to NDIS/aged care as well as to patients in the community
  • Current Driver’s Licence (NSW) 
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Children and young check 
  • Current Medicare Provider Number or capacity to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 
  • COVID-19 Certificate 
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required, including the requirement to travel.
