We have a great opportunity based in Sydney CBD for an ICT Helpdesk Officer looking to develop their IT support skills.

We are looking for candidates with a great attitude and keen to make a positive contribution to the organization on a permanent, full-time basis. An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.

This position will be part of the Helpdesk Support team and will be the first point of contact for any enquiries for both internal and external users. You will be expected to maintain a high level resolution rate, while escalating issues out of the scope of responsibility to the correct team member. You will be required to manage your time effectively by responding to a high volume of calls and emails on a daily basis. The successful applicant will need to display a high degree of service to users of all levels.
