Disability support workers are essential to support our clients during this difficult time and continuing into the future. The health and wellbeing of our current and prospective employees is important to us. To ensure the safety of future and current support staff and clients, Morcare has introduced methods to our recruitment process to ensure any face to face contact is minimised to help control the spread of COVID-19.

Morcare Services has been established since 1993 and provides quality lifestyle and personal support service by responding to the individual needs of our clients, creating choices and helping them to achieve their potential for independence.

We specialise in support that empowers people with disability or in their later years to live independently in their own homes. We will do this by creating opportunities for people to build on their existing abilities, empowering people to make choices and live the life they choose, and through fostering participation and inclusion in their community.

At Morcare we recognise the value of our employees and the importance of having the right person for each individual who uses our services. We employ people from diverse backgrounds who demonstrate suitable experience, knowledge, skills and capacity to work with people with disabilities and/or in aged care.

We offer each employee ongoing training and professional development programs.

We are looking to employ reliable and punctual female support workers to provide assistance for a client with a disability who requires a high level of care in Scoresby.

Successful applicants will be required to assist the client with their personal care routine, manual handling and community access.

Experience in these areas will be highly regarded.

Mandarin speaking applicants are encouraged.

Successful applicants need to be able to work in a close knit family environment.
