Full Generalist role with scope to take on projects
Potential for this role to go perm for the right fit

If you are looking for a varied and broad HR Generalist role with some leadership of others, this may well suit you.
Commencing immediately and with the potential for permanency, you will take on the leadership of the HR team whilst supporting a business with ten facilities across Melbourne metro area. This role will require some travel to key sites.

Key Duties Include:
Ensuring all policies are current and relevant to the sector
Working with Facilities management to ensure the best outcomes for all HR matters. This includes training and supporting managers with key Employee Relations.
Overseeing the Payroll team with their day to day delivery.
Working with sites across the employee life cycle which includes assistance with recruitment, on-boarding, and exits.
Working with the SLT to provide key data on people for board and management meetings.
HR Projects as required.
To be successful in this position you are a qualified HR Practitioner with demonstrated experience at a leadership level. You have worked in Health or Aged Care and bring an understanding of the key challenges and work protocols within this sector.
