About The Role

We are now seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Care Manager to provide Clinical leadership support to our residents and staff at Regis Dandenong North.

  • This position is a senior nursing position in our organisation which provides strong clinical and nursing leadership for this large Home.
  • As the Senior Clinical Care Manager at Regis Dandenong North, you will lead, oversee and manage the clinical and care operations of the Home.
  • Provide clinical leadership, management oversight and development to all care staff throughout the Home including a Clinical Team Leader, Registered Nurses and Personal Carers.

The role will see you owning
  • Full clinical oversight of all aspects of clinical care and services to our residents
  • All statutory, regulatory and internal clinical reporting and documentation for this large, high-profile age care home
  • Staff training, provision of ongoing management and support to all care staff with a particular focus on developing and mentoring our Clinical Team Leaders and Registered Nurses
  • Oversight of all specialised nursing
  • Ensuring high quality care is delivered to our residents and staff are following/ adhering to the Aged Care Standards, legislative requirements and Regis Policies and Processes when delivering care.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the GM, multidisciplinary frontline team and other business support units.
  • Ensuring all staff adhere to safe practices and follow all WHS requirements
  • Participating and proactively engaging and implementing innovations .

To be successful in the role
  • You have previous experience, at least of 24 months experience as a Clinical Manager or Nurse Unit Manager in an acute setting
  • You are a qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • You are an ambitious Clinical professional who is a proven self-starter
  • Your leadership approach is hands on, with a focus on customer service
  • You have a robust approach to managing your time effectively and ability to work within deadlines

Note- Remuneration for this role is negotiable based on experience and skills
