The Role
This role is a Human Resources Business Partner to provide generalist human resources support to dedicated clients. The position will report to the General Manager, but will sit with our fast-growing clients to provide HR services & advice. This is a hands-on role supporting daily HR matters and implementing strategic programs.
What you would do?
The main responsibilities of this role include:
· Provide strategic HR business partnering by implementing solutions to support the business strategy
· Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers in all employee relations matters
· Support the delivery of annual HR functional initiatives including the performance management process, salary review and employee reward process, employee engagement survey, talent management and succession planning
· Assist with the deployment of HR programs and initiatives that build effective leadership capability
· Manage all employee life cycle activities
· Co-ordinate and facilitate training and development programs
· Take ownership and lead on key HR projects as part of longer term HR strategies.
· Maintain accurate employee data on the HR information system for payroll and reporting purposes

· Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
· Sound understanding of employment law practices and regulations
· Ability and willingness to adapt to client needs
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Collaborate with clients to tailor a 'fit for purpose' solution
· Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
· Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
· Experience with aged care or health care environments would be highly regarded.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $82,588.00 – $123,218.00 per year
