The Opportunity

Based at Morphetville you will be working within a team of Rostering Coordinators who allocate rosters across Australia on a 6-month fixed term contract with potential for extension.

Each day may be different, but some of your core responsibilities will include:

  • Upkeep of a designated State master roster allocating human resources in a national business from Head Office location in Adelaide
  • Weekly meeting with State Manager to consolidate the plan for the forward rostering
  • Ongoing communication with State based Team Leaders to manage changes and drive continual efficiencies
  • Processing of information into the IT system to enable performance tracking and delivery of contractual requirements
  • Generating reporting to manage and communicate the operational performance each week

About you:

You will ideally come from a customer service background and be looking for a new challenge.

To do well in this role you will have:

  • Customer service experience
  • Good administration and computer skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be able to pick up new skills
  • High level organisational skills
