The Position
We have an exciting opportunity to join the support team as an Administration Assistant. This will see you responsible for providing administrative support to the firm across five main areas:
- Finance
- Administration
- Reception and Hospitality
- Events
- EA/PA duties
Reporting to the Directors and the Finance and Administration Manager, this position performs daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and as required tasks in a timely, accurate and helpful way. The goal of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the firm in support of a high standard of delivery of services to their clients.
About You
We are seeking an energetic and personable individual who has a genuine aspiration to work with a professional services company.
You will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
- Capable user of the Microsoft Office suite. Previous user of SharePoint, MS Teams, and MYOB would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and an efficient manner.
- A high level of professional standards including privacy and confidentiality.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Tenacity, high energy levels and a can do attitude.
