About you:
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, customer focused individual with skills and experience in the coordination of administration support to work in a fixed term full-time capacity. You will have a proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with employees, consumers and job candidates.

About the role:
The People and Culture Coordinator is a multi-dimensional role with quality assurance being central to the administrative support provided to all aspects of the employee journey; including, pre-boarding, on-boarding, engagement, and employee development. In addition to ensuring the efficient running of the portfolio, maintaining a positive and supportive employee experience is fundamental. The role carries with it significant autonomy and, therefore, problem-solving and decision-making are important qualities to ensure a compliant and proactive service is provided to all stakeholders.

Your core responsibilities are focused on planning, coordinating procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline process across your portfolio, and role modelling the professional behaviours that create a high performing, engaged culture.

Key responsibilities:
  • Recruitment activities such as candidate management, interview bookings, pre-employment checking, contracts and commencement documents and on-boarding
  • Generating monthly workforce reports and WGEA reporting
  • Processing change of employment contracts
  • Contribute to the continuous quality improvement of the organisation
  • Meet legislative responsibilities and comply with organisational policies and procedures.
