About the role & Aveo Springfield community:

• Two Part-Time position available - predominantly sleepover shifts
• Flexibility to adjust roster days
• Will work as part of a team providing safe and effective personal care, tailored to the resident's needs
• Ensuring all residents receive kind caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence

You will ensure residents' security, dignity, privacy and value their culture and diversity. It is essential that you actively contribute to the promotion of best practice in OH &S and continuous quality improvement, and promote the culture and philosophies of Aveo.

Position 1 - 45hrs per fortnight:

Week 1

Monday: 06:00 to 08:00 (no break) 2hrs THEN 16:00 to 22:00 (30 min break) 5.5hrs + sleepover

Tuesday: 06:00 to 08:00 (no break) 2hrs THEN 16:00 to 22:00 (30 min break) 5.5hrs + sleepover

Wednesday: 06:00 to 08:00 (no break) 2hrs

Sunday: 08:00 to 16:00 (30min break) 7.5hrs

Week 2

Friday: 16:00 to 22:00 (30 min break) 5.5hrs + sleepover

Saturday: 06:00 to 08:00 (no break) 2hrs THEN 16:00 to 22:00 (30 min break) 5.5hrs + sleepover

Sunday: 06:00 to 08:00 (no break) 2hrs THEN 16:00 to 22:00 (30 min break) 5.5hrs + sleepover

Position 2 - 45hrs per fortnight:

Friday: 16:00 to 22:00 (30 min break) 5.5hrs + sleepover

Saturday: 06:00 to 08:00 (no break) 2hrs THEN 16:00 to 22:00 (30 min break) 5.5hrs + sleepover

Sunday: 06:00 to 08:00 (no break) 2hrs THEN 16:00 to 22:00 (30 min break) 5.5hrs + sleepover

Week 2

Monday: 06:00 to 08:00 (no break) 2hrs THEN 16:00 to 22:00 (30 min break) 5.5hrs + sleepover

Tuesday: 06:00 to 08:00 (no break) 2hrs THEN 16:00 to 22:00 (30 min break) 5.5hrs + sleepover

Wednesday: 06:00 to 08:00 (no break) 2hrs THEN 16:00 to 22:00 (30 min break) 5.5hrs + sleepover

Thursday: 06:00 to 08:00 (no break) 2hrs

About you:

• Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• Current Police Check clearance 
• Passionate Carer with excellent people & communication skills 
• Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment 
• Reliable, flexible approach to 24 hour rostering
