About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and passionate individual to join our dynamic fundraising team.
The Operations Officer role is part of the Operations Hub responsible for supporting Wesley Fundraising across a variety of donor care, finance, reporting, data and administrative needs.
This role will be responsible for:
- processing invoices
- processing donations
- answering phone and email enquires
- writing procedures and work instructions
- producing weekly and monthly reports
- completing various administrative tasks.
Selection criteria
- exceptional people skills, ability to work with various stakeholders
- effective written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
- experience in using PeopleSoft financials
- experience writing/drafting procedures and work instructions
- high-level of competency in MS Office
- demonstrated ability to work unsupervised as well as an effective team player with a positive can-do attitude.
