About the role 

Due to ongoing success and a period of growth, the organisation are now seeking an experienced Psychologist to join their team in a leadership position and supervise & manage a multidisciplinary team of health professionals providing a range of services throughout WA, with the main focus on Positive Behaviour Support. 

The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to grow the service, assisting individuals, their families and supporting the team to identify client needs through assessment and individual planning whilst also producing detailed Behaviour Support Plans within a holistic and integrated approach. 

Selection criteria 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology 
  • FULL registration with AHPRA as a General or Clinical Psychologist 
  • Demonstrated experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support services
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans 
  • Demonstrated experience in providing training and leadership to team members, clients & their families
