We are seeking an individual who has extensive experience in executive support services, is highly professional and collaborative, is masterful at building relationships with executive level stakeholders and who is highly organised, and detail minded.

Supporting the Chief Executive this role will suit those who love to work in a busy and fast-paced environment, can be proactive and motivated, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can naturally use initiative to pre-empt and support effective business operations.

The role is responsible to support the preparation and delivery of Board Committee papers and associated documentation in a timely manner and can at times provide diary management and administration.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Extensive experience in a senior office management role.
Proven track record and ongoing focus on timeliness, accuracy and punctuality.
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility and self-management skills and proven capacity to work in a small team with limited supervision.
Extensive diary management capabilities.
A strong work ethic and business acumen, remaining organised and methodically prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
High level of resilience and determination, having the ability to successfully handle different personalities.
Confidence when dealing with wider teams and stakeholders, delivering a high level of professionalism at all times.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability and willingness to learn new software packages and take on new tasks as required.
High level of interpersonal skills, problem solving, coordination and organisational skills
Able to cope with shifting work priorities and the ability to prioritise work, must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
