About The Role
Programmed Health Professionals are a leading provider of health care staff in Australia. We are currently recruiting for a team of Disability Support Workers, for our client based on the Gold Coast.
Our female client requires daily 1:1 support will all aspect of daily life including:
- Personal Cares
- Community Access Support
- View Properties in the community for rent/purchase on the Gold Coast
- Companionship
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support
- Minimum 6 monthsof recent disability experience
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Current Yellow Card
- Current Australian drivers' licence and a reliable vehicle
- National Police Check (Current within 12 months)
- Experience working with Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder, Intellectual disability and complex PTSD
- Solid experience working with challenging behaviours
- Solid work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Dedicated team available 7 days a week to support you
- On-going casual roster
- Weekly pay
