JOB DESCRIPTION

Experienced Community Support Worker- Parkwood QLD.

AHS is seeking a highly experienced community support workers to promote AHS values and provide quality personal and domestic assistance.

Please apply ONLY if you have any of the following MANDATORY certificates:
Disability Support certificate.
Community Services certificate.
Mental Health certificate.
Aged Care Certificate.
Home and Community Care HACC Workers.

Please upload the certificate together with your CV and any ID with a picture to be short-listed.

Essential Criteria:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Manual Handling, used to high care clients.
Must have own car and driver's license.
Manual Handling/Current First Aid/CPR.
Blue card and yellow card.
Valid Police Check.
Personal Domestic Assistance and Self-care Activities (Experience in transfers using a slide board and slide sheets, bowel therapy, urine bag management, light meal prep and house cleaning) .
